Come and join our memorable
and meaningful bike packing adventure to the San Juan Islands this summer! We
will slowly ride from North Everett to Anacortes to catch a ferry and meet our
gear at our campsites. Everyone is welcome at any point along our journey!
We are riding to raise funds
to pay the salary of a rural clinic nurse in the Masindi District of Uganda. He
or she will be caring for over 70 war-displaced families out of a newly built
community clinic.
Donating only 15 cents per mile pays for a nurse’s weekly salary!
Itinerary
August 9th
– Leave Lacey’s house to Anacortes. Lunch in Anacortes. Camp at Shaw Island
County Park.
August 10th
– Camp at San Juan Island County Park.
August 11th
– Camp on Lopez Island at Odlin County Park.
August 12th
– Return to the mainland and ride to Lacey’s for a celebratory BBQ (and
showers)!!
